Gap analysis - our team will assess and analyse your current status regarding ISO. Are you up to date? Do you have the correct documentation? Have you tried to implement ISO in the past? If so, how far have you got? What are the struggles you've faced in the past? This helps us cater personalised solutions.
Documentation - handover of ISO documents for you to complete, along with provided document and form templates, and advisory support on the documents.
Implementation - we offer support through regular checkpoint meetings and additional guidance to assist you in implementing ISO and monitoring progress. You have the option to either have us implement ISO for your organisation or implement ISO practices within your organisation yourself.
Systems and processes - every system, including email, storage, communications, websites, need to be secured and driven by processes.
